This document implements the General Policy for the Protection of Personal Data (the „Policy”),
which will be mandatory for all employees, suppliers and clients of FRESKBANA S.A.
The Policy will establish the guidelines and principles under which FRESKBANA S.A. will be governed in its relationships and processes in which personal data is processed.
